Terms of Service (TOS)

Choice 1 Communications Group LLC
Effective Date: June 17, 2025

  1. Scope of Services

Choice 1 Communications Group LLC (“C1C”) provides communication services, including SMS and email delivery, campaign management, and optional white-label access to the Go High Level (GHL) platform for its clients.

By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to these terms.

  1. Data Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining proper consent from their contacts before uploading personal data
  • Ensuring message content complies with all applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, HIPAA if applicable)
  • Not transmitting any Protected Health Information (PHI) or other regulated data unless explicitly agreed upon in writing

C1C reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate campaigns that violate these terms.

  1. Platform Access

Where clients are granted login access to GHL via a white-labeled portal, usage is subject to:

  • User authentication via 2FA
  • Prohibited use of the platform for spam, phishing, or unauthorized data collection
  • Compliance with all carrier (A2P), data privacy, and messaging laws

C1C may revoke access at any time in the event of misuse or security risk.

  1. Data Security

C1C uses enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCP via GHL) with encryption at rest and in transit. Client data is retained for up to 180 days unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Limitation of Liability

C1C is not liable for:

  • Client misuse of the platform
  • Legal consequences resulting from unconsented communications
  • Service interruptions due to third-party platform (e.g., GHL) outages

Total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 3 months prior to the incident.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
