Choice 1 Communications Group LLC (“C1C”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and safeguard personal information in connection with our communication services, including SMS and email campaigns facilitated through the Go High Level (GHL) platform.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum necessary information required to deliver our services, including:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Company name
• Enrollment-related dates (if applicable)

We do not collect sensitive personal data, including Social Security Numbers, financial information, medical records, or health diagnostics.

3. How We Use Information

Collected data is used exclusively to:

• Deliver authorized communication campaigns (email/SMS)
• Manage contact records for our clients
• Provide optional white-label platform access upon request
• Comply with legal and contractual requirements

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising or resale purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

Data is securely processed and stored within Go High Level (GHL), which is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), both of which are SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA-compliant. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Access to data is restricted to authorized C1C personnel using 2FA and role-based access control.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for up to 180 days, unless a longer period is requested by the client. After this period, data is securely deleted. Clients may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. User Rights

Recipients of messages may:

• Opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or using unsubscribe links
• Request deletion or access to their data by emailing privacy@c1c.ai

7. Platform Access (Optional White Label Accounts)

If a user is granted white-labeled GHL access, their platform usage may be subject to additional terms provided by GHL. C1C does not control the internal operations of GHL’s infrastructure but enforces compliance at the access layer.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Updates will be posted at https://c1c.ai/privacy-policy with the effective date.
