Thank-you message and reminders : appointment reminders can be sent days, hours and even minutes before any scheduled appointment. If the scheduling link is not clicked, a follow-up reminder is sent. Reminders include a countdown of days left to enroll, limited to 2 messages per day. If there is no interaction, messaging is reduced based on engagement, down to 1 per day or skipping days.
