Communication and Messaging

Text and Email Updates:

• Employees will receive text and email updates leading up to and through the enrollment period.

Reminders:

• All reminders are automated in the system. Stopping messaging and reminders are customizable.

Claire:

• Will assist with enrollment, providing new employee benefit information and the ability to schedule with an advisor.
• AI-generated follow-up messages will be sent as reminders. Once engaged in any way (clicking a link, looking at a message, watching a video, etc.), Claire will reach out if they have not enrolled or waived benefits.

2 way SMS and Emails:

• Most systems are just one way. C1C gives the ability to fully communicate to mobile phones and or emails from the system.

Ringless Voicemail:

• Sent with Claires voice to explain what to expect and why messages are being sent.
